Android 5.1update for Moto X 2013 in US, Brazil and Canada

David Schuster, Senior Director of Software Product Management at Motorola, announced an important announcement that Android 5.1update for Moto X 2013 starting from today itself. He also announces that the update is rolling out first in the US, Brazil, and Canada.

It’s worth mentioning that the update is currently only rolling out to retail units in the US and Brazil and units on Rogers in Canada. This means that those with a carrier variant of the US and Brazil device will still need to wait a bit for the update.

The Moto X, the most popular phone from Motorola, sports a 4.7″ AMOLED (RGB) / 720p HD display alongside Corning® Gorilla® Glass. It boasts with 1.7GHz Processor with 2 GB RAM. It features Quad-core Adreno 320 GPU, a 10 MP Rear Camera as well a 2MP Front Camera.
