The re-branded version of Gionee Elife E8, dubbed as Allview X2 Xtreme, has been launched in Romania. It is priced at 2199 RON (about US $554) and will sell in the country from 15 Aug.
The Allview X2 Xtreme is powered by an Octa-Core 64-bit 2GHz Helio X10 processor and coupled with 4GB of RAM. It features a 6-inch Active-matrix organic LEDs WQHD touchscreen display with 2560×1440 pixels of resolution. The built-in 64 GB storage is further expandable via up to 128 GB of MicroSD cards.
The X2 Xtreme smartphone houses a 24-megapixel OV23850 autofocus rear camera and boasts an 8 MegaPixel OV8865 front-facing snapper selfies/video calling. In terms of connectivity options, the phone includes 4G LTE, FM Radio, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro-USB, USB OTG, NFC, Mobile hotspot, GPS/AGPS, and 3.5mm audio jack. It also has Dual SIM (4G LTE+GSM / micro-SIMs) with dual standby functionality.
