Airtel keeps launching Huawei and ZTE to make data cards in India. The network provider has recently made available Huawei E303H in India with a tag price of Rs 1499, now available via e-commerce online websites with a price of Rs 1299 only.
Airtel E303H is actually Huawei make dongle, and the sub-model of E303 comes in USB form and supports USB v2.0. According to the online reseller of Flipkart, it supports Windows XP (SP3), Vista (SP1/SP2), 7, 8, Mac OS X 10.6, 10.7, 10.8, and Linux operating system (minimum resolution 800 x 600).
The default software of E303H is with Airtel Logo; you can it flash with an Unbranded Huawei mobile partner if you don’t like a dashboard with a network logo.
The Huawei E303H modem comes with customized firmware, and it can be unlocked with the new algo unlock code of E303; you need to purchase DC-Unlocker credits for the same.
Coming to the further specs of the E303H adapter, it is a GSM dongle that can be operated with only Airtel SIM without unlocking. The device features UMTS, HSPA, EDGE, GPRS, HSDPA, and GSM networks.
In the HSDPA network, E303H can download a file with a maximum speed up to 7.2 Mbps or upload a file in HSUPA up to 5.76 Mbps. It has UMTS (3) 2100 MHz and GSM (EDGE/GPRS) 850 MHz, 1800 MHz, 1900 MHz, 900 MHz operating frequency bands.
The E303H boasts a memory card slot that can be expanded to 16 GB via an external MicroSD card. The plug and play device supports SMS; however, there is no word about voice calling.
