Acer has announced Iconia Tab 10 (A3-A30) and Iconia One 8 B1-820. The new Acer Iconia Tab 10 (A3-A30) tablet comes with an optional stylus, bumper case, protective film, protective sleeve, and wireless keyboard dock. It will be available in selected EMEA countries starting from May; the price starts at 299 Euros (Roughly 20,650 INR ). At the same time, it will be available in North America in May for the US $299 (approx 19,000 INR) starting price.
The Acer Iconia Tab 10 (A3-A30) features a 10.1-inch (1920 x 1200 pixels resolution) Full HD IPS display based on Zero Air Gap technology. It is also protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and features Acer Precision Plus technology, which offers a highly accurate touch and writing experience.
The Iconia Tab 10 (A3-A30) is powered by a 1.83 GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3735F processor and coupled with 2 GB of RAM. It is equipped with 16 GB / 32 GB / 64 GB of internal storage and supports up to 64 GB of MicroSD cards. The device runs on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out of the box.
In terms of camera specs, the Acer Iconia Tab 10 A3-A30 houses a 5 megapixel at the rear and a 2 megapixel at the front. The slate is 9.7 mm thick and weighs 540 grams. It is for educational purposes and will be joining the Google Education ecosystem.
WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and NFC are available in Acer Iconia Tab 10 A3-A30. The company also promises up to 7.5 hours of battery life.
